Conditions for your return to be accepted

Please note the following conditions for your return to be accepted:
 

• Only returns requested within 14 calendar days of receiving the order will be accepted.

• Items must be carefully packaged, in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition, suitable for resale.

• Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used or show damage. In such cases, the refund may be denied.

• Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.

• Shipping costs paid on the order are non-refundable.
